Our Story

iTown Repair was founded by Danny in 2008, after years of experience working in cellphone accessories wholesale and as an Apple technician. What started as a small repair operation quickly grew into a recognized local business in Midtown Miami.

Danny opened his first kiosk at The Shops at Midtown Miami, and through hard work, quality service, and customer trust, expanded to three locations within just a few blocks between Midtown and the Design District. Over the years, iTown Repair has successfully repaired more than 10,000 iPhones and iPads, building a strong reputation in the community, especially in the Apple world.

Then came the COVID-19 pandemic, which changed everything. Like many businesses, iTown Repair was hit hard. Danny made the decision to consolidate operations back to the original location — the kiosk in front of Target at Midtown — staying true to the roots where it all began.

At the same time, the world itself was changing. People began working from home, offices moved into living rooms, and daily routines shifted completely. Customers were no longer walking around shopping centers the same way — they needed services to come directly to them.

So iTown Repair evolved too.

Danny transformed the business into a fully mobile iPhone and iPad repair service, bringing over 15 years of experience, trust, and professionalism directly to customers across Miami and Broward County. Today, instead of visiting a store, customers can have their devices repaired at home, at the office, or anywhere that works best for them.

iTown Repair operates differently. No loud trucks or oversized vans. Service is discreet, efficient, and professional — performed inside a fully equipped Tesla mobile workspace, designed to deliver the same high-quality repairs customers have trusted for years.
